Decide on a behavior habit to improve, such as kicking or using bad words.
With BITs Kit™ you'll get the tools you need to forever change that
problem behavior forever. Begin with the BITs Kit Contract.
It's a chart for behavior change with a path of positive reinforcements. Decide on
the goal and the prizes. Then commit to the game plan -- only two or three weeks.
It's so much fun! Every day your child and you work towards eliminating
the behavior problem by trading behavior tokens called BITs.
A child earns one BIT every time he or she demonstrates good behavior. But, be
careful! This game also works the other way. Each time a problem behavior is
displayed, a BIT is taken away. This system of positive and negative reinforcement will
really work to eliminate problem behavior -- if you're consistent.
A child begins each day with 5 BITs on a chain and works towards earning a
maximum of 10 BITs by day's end. Stay flexible. Changing a behavior habit or
problem behavior takes time and practice. If the child has at least 8 BITs by the
end of the day, a prize awaits!
