Parents often ask, "What do I do if I'm still potty training or my child is almost potty trained when we are out for the day, or travelling?   Should we stop potty training for that time?"

The answer is no.  Don't stop the potty training process, even if you need to travel,  once it is in full swing.   However, it would be wise to figure out where public bathrooms are on a day out, and plot just where the pit stops will be on a long trip.
